For the 32 years we have been in our home, we try to make improvements on a yearly basis. For the past two years we had talked about remodeling our kitchen. The kitchen project never started mainly due to the “horror” stories we had heard from friends and family. The question was, why put stress and aggravation in our lives on purpose? Thanks to a co-worker, Gelsys Alvarez, we heard her story about the wonderful experience she had with Dan Birch and Eleet Design Center. When we heard she had other family members that also used and were very happy with Eleet Design Center, our decision was made.

Upon meeting you, we were convinced that our project would be in good hands. We were impressed with the quality of cabinets, but most of all, we felt that it would be a pleasure working with you to create our new kitchen. We were right!! Not only did you answer every phone call and e-mail, you recommended some wonderful people for our team. We cannot thank you enough for Edward Borchers, the granite man; Danny Arceo. Jr., the installer; and Jacob Krehbiel, your co-worker for solving the Wisner pedestal problem. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our kitchen is magnificent!

It is with great pleasure that we write this letter to convey our appreciation of the quality work your company did on our kitchen. From the initial visit in your showroom until the completion of the work we have been delighted with the service provided.

It was wonderful working with our design specialist. He patiently walked us through all the steps involved in designing our new kitchen, offering suggestions as needed but never making us feel pressured. We have heard horror stories about kitchen remodeling; therefore we went into this with a little hesitation. He provided us with a timeline of when the cabinets would be ordered, shipped, delivered to us and installed. His timeline was perfect! The cabinets arrived when they said they would and were the correct ones. Although we had a large number of cabinets to be installed, the installation was completed in one day by your experienced installers who did a wonderful job and were extremely professional and courteous.

It took less than eight weeks from the time we placed the order until our kitchen was completely done. This included the installation of the granite countertop arid backsplash. We chose a granite fabricator from your recommendation list to do the granite work. Your recommendation was an excellent one, as the countertop was measured and installed in one week after the cabinets were installed and they did a great job.

Looking back on this experience we feel extremely fortunate to have chosen your company, and we do not believe that we were just one of the lucky ones. We would strongly recommend your company to anyone.

Our kitchen is amazing!
