Gables Estates Masterpiece

This $27.5 Million dollar estate sits on 2 acres inside of Gables Estates well known as one of Miami's wealthiest neighborhoods. Cesar Molina designed this masterpiece and every inch of the house was put together with an extraordinary amount of thought and detail. The home includes just about everything a person could possibly hope for in a home. There are 6 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, gym/spa, elevator, media room, office, 6 car garage, impeccable gardens, and a state of the art kitchen equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.  

Gloria Estefan was one of the developers behind this project and her vision and commitment to excellence can be seen when you tour this estate.  Her choice of builder and sub-contractors was key in bringing this Cesar Molina estate to life.  It was also a great jobsite to work on with famous backers stopping by the jobsite while under construction.

The kitchen is a centerpoint of the house with its floor to ceiling cabinetry and calcutta marble backsplash.  Eleet Fine American Cabinetry chose to panel 4 of 7 Sub-Zero Fridge and Freezers to seamlessly integrate with the cabinetry and reduce the amount of stainless appliances.  The high gloss acrylic doors perfectly contrast the quarter sawn white oak doors in a matte finish creating the perfect atmosphere. To add the extra splash of luxury they put blum electric touch open mechanisms in all the cabinets.  This enabled Eleet Fine American Cabinetry to provide a modern no handle look with tight reveals while maintaining easy access as with a simple touch the cabinetry opens up.

The Calacatta countertops and backsplash wrapping above the wall cabinets to the ceiling make quite the statement. Eleet chose a double focal point layout for their design with the island centered on the window and the double ovens.  The sliding glass doors are also centered on the island making a great entrance to the kitchen from the standalone Gym/Spa with a built-in massage table overlooking the pool.  

The entrance is one of the features that makes the project truly stand out. Walking in the grand doors into the courtyard makes you feel like you're in another world. As you walk up the path surrounded by perfectly manicured grass and 3 palm trees on either side you reach the entrance to the house. Two giant glass doors and stone steps truly make the house look magnificent. The pools of water flanking the front door make you feel relaxed, calm and ready to enjoy something special.  Life's stress and noise melt away when you visit this estate.
